The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft coastal touches that guests consistently love. The living space includes a memory-foam Murphy bed that folds away during the day, keeping the layout open and airy. The fully stocked kitchen makes quiet dinners in easy, and the beach chairs, cooler, and towels are all included so you can head straight to the sand. 🔑 Guest Access

The entire condo is yours — bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. You'll also have access to the shared balcony walkway and one reserved parking space. Check-in is keyless and flexible — arrive at your convenience and start your vacation immediately.

Please note: one parking pass is supplied and must be displayed in the car at all times. Please return the parking pass at checkout — there is a $150 replacement fee.

📋 Other Details

• 🏠 Second floor unit: Funshine Sunset Beach is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. Guests should be comfortable climbing one flight of stairs.
• 🌊 Hurricane Helene disclosure: The downstairs portion of the building is currently undergoing finishing repairs following Hurricane Helene. Major structural work has been completed and updates are limited to interior improvements. Our unit was not affected and remains fully safe and comfortable for guests.  Estimated completion early summer 2026.
• 🚫 Pool: The building pool was lost to Hurricane Helene and has not yet been rebuilt. Sunset Beach is just across the street — the Gulf is your pool! 🌊
• 📅 Extended stays: Interested in 28+ days? Contact us before booking for potential discounts.
• 📋 Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID prior to receiving access details.
