The primary bedroom features a restful king-size bed that guests consistently rave about — expect a genuinely great night's sleep. The living area includes a high-quality Murphy bed that folds away during the day, giving you the flexibility of a spacious living room AND sleeping space for up to four guests. No awkward sofa beds here — this is a proper bed that actually sleeps comfortably.

Step outside and you're at one of the best-kept secrets in Treasure Island — a pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway where dolphins and manatees regularly make an appearance. There's nothing quite like an evening swim while watching the sky turn pink and gold over the water. The pool is heated November through April (approximately 84°F), managed by the condo association.

Just over the bridge, Rosselli Park is a short walk away — featuring brand new pickleball courts, a playground, swings, and shady green space perfect for a morning warm-up or evening wind-down. 🏓

Great Stay. Great Location
We had a lovely stay at the Capri. The location was perfect only a couple of blocks from the beach. Nancy is a very attentive host making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She has a nice book in the condo that provides restaurant recommendations and things to do. The location is right on the intercoastal, which is nice too. Thanks for a great stay!

The place is beautifully furnished and the hosts take care that it is well-kept with absolutely everything you may need while vacationing! We appreciated their hospitality and care and we really felt at home! Would definitely like to come back!
Wow. What a find.
Everything. It was unbelievably brilliant. Great location, from watching Dolfins from the Dock to being minutes from the beach. Everything in the apartment you could possibly want and more. We have never stayed in such a well equipped place. From all the beach equipment, you could need down to a coffee pod machine and an assortment of coffees. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy and Ewan.

Everything! Rooms were very clean. It was furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, sunscreen and more! Laundry room was super convenient. Laundry soap and baskets were provided as well. The kitchen was perfect for my husband and I. I’m a hot tea drinker so when I saw the little jars on the counter with tea bags I was thrilled. Sugar and sweeteners provided too! We loved it here!
The best weekend stay I have ever had
I loved staying here, being in this condo absolutely made the trip 100x better for us. It was a 5 minute walk from the treasure island shore so we go to walk on the beach every morning. This condo had anything we could have possibly needed during our stay. All in all it was gorgeous and so worth the money.I genuinely cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place. It was everything we imagined it would be and more.
Great Place!
This was one of the nicest, most comfortable places we've ever stayed. Our host, Nancy, was available via text for any questions we had. It was nice to be close to gulf blvd but without all the noise. We would love to stay here again!The only downside was the 15 steps we had to go up and down, I have a bad knee. I would still stay here again.
We love treasure island and have been many times, we will be back and would love to stay here again!
The property was nice and clean. It had everything we needed including beach towels! It was great because we were flying in with just backpacks and had to pack minimally.

Nancy’s place was exactly how it is described.. very clean and very convenient to nightlife and restaurants.. The beach was a short walk but very close.. Also Nancy was very responsive when you contacted her.. we would definitely stay there again..
