We love hosting well-behaved dogs! The Nest features a private fenced backyard that’s great for your furry friend to roam safely. We also offer RV or boat parking in the back. The breezeway separating the guest house from the owner's storage area includes a private washer and dryer for your use.

📝 Additional Notes & Fees

🐕 Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved dogs!
• Non-refundable pet fee: $100 per stay per dog
• Refundable pet deposit: $250
The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided the home is in good condition and all pet waste is removed.

🚐 RV/Boat Parking:
A designated space is available. Electrical hook-up is offered for an additional fee—please inquire. Kindly notify us at least 7 days before arrival if you’ll need hook-up service.

🚗 Parking:
Includes dedicated off-street parking for up to two vehicles.
